Chinese motorcycle brand Zontes will arrive in Brazil in 2023. The information was confirmed by the company’s Instagram.
The brand is owned by Tayo Motorcycle Technology and is present in several countries selling 1225cc and 350cc motorcycles. In Brazil, he should focus on the mid-size motorcycle segment.

There is not much information about the arrival, but the Instagram post says “JTZ Motors – Manaus/AM”. This is the same company that assembles and sells Suzuki, Haojue and Kymco vehicles in Brazil.
All indications are that the brand’s first motorcycles in the country will be in the 310cc segment due to a statement by JTZ Mortos Commercial Director Rodrigo Cato on live TV in September.
The brand has several models in this segment and it is not yet possible to say which one will arrive in the country.
One of them is the Zontes 310 V, which is similar in design to the Ducati Diavel. It is equipped with a single-cylinder liquid-cooled 312 cm³ engine. Thanks to electronic injection, it develops a maximum power of 35 hp. at 9500 rpm and about 3 m.kgf of torque at 7500 rpm. The gearbox has six gears.
