In addition to those who have someone who lives in the same home and receives a continuing care allowance (BPC), whether they are registered with CadÚnico or not.

The constitutional amendment that doubled the gas quota expires next year. Thus, the aid transferred to the beneficiary will be equivalent to half the average price of cooking gas of 13 kg in the country.

To calculate the cost of the exemption, the Caixa Econômica Federal relies on data from the National Agency for Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP), which publishes a six-month average price of 13 kg of gas before the tenth business day of each month. Thus, the value of the good changes. In October, the average price was also 112 reais.
